The Seagrove Parking Lot is a 90-space fully automated pay-and-display surface parking facility with stacking capacity of up to 150 cars during peak summer season. The lot is located across the street from the highly desirable Seagrove Park and Powerhouse Park with direct access to public beaches of Del Mar and two of the area’s best known restaurants, Jack’s and Poseidon.

Del Mar, located 20 miles north of San Diego, is considered to be one of the area’s most desirable residential communities.
