Michael J. Nichols brings over 27 years of diverse operational and sales experience in the parking industry to Next Parking. Michael has worked for leading national and regional parking management firms over the course of his career in positions of increasing responsibility in cities along the Eastern seaboard. Michael is particularly experienced in applying cash control procedures, audit systems and new technology to existing parking locations to enhance financial returns and customer service measures.
Michael joined Next Parking in 2008 to facilitate parking acquisitions, manage Next’s parking portfolio and perform fee-based parking consulting for clients. Michael graduated from St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a BA in Economics. Michael is a former Vice President of the Middle Atlantic Parking Association and holds a Certified Parking Facility Manager designation as awarded by the National Parking Association.
