Denislav “Denis” Rusulov joined Next Realty in 2026 as an Acquisitions Associate, where he works alongside Eteri to source, underwrite, and execute on investment opportunities. Prior to joining Next Realty, Denis spent four years as a Capital Markets Analyst and one year as an Investment Sales Associate at SRS Real Estate Partners.
Denis holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Illinois. In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding, spending time outdoors, and being with friends and family.
