High-Intensity Interval Training Fitness Franchise and a New Local Chiropractor Join Tenant Mix
Next Realty has completed two new leases totaling almost 4,300 square feet of space at Autumn Grove Shopping Center located at 12850-12960 W. Bluemound Road in Elm Grove, Wisconsin.
Shred 415, a Chicago based high-intensity interval training fitness studio, will be occupying 2,473 square feet of space. Shred’s mission is to “increase muscle and burn calories in a fun, fast-paced workout tailored to individual levels and goals”. This will represent the fourth franchised location. Shred 415 is planning to open by the end of the summer or early fall.
Alive Chiropractic, now open for business, is occupying1,824 square feet of space. This is Alive’s first location for the new business and proprietor. Serving the Greater Milwaukee areas, Alive’s mission is to serve the community by offering “the most cutting edge and advanced Chiropractic care available.”
The only space that remains available for lease is a 2,000-square-foot endcap that is second-generation restaurant space. Other tenants in the center include TCF Bank, Pure Barre, Van Westen Orthodontics, Elements massage, Takara Japanese Restaurant, Forever Young, Commerce State Bank, 18/8 Fine Men’s salon and Wisconsin Vision.
Autumn Grove features excellent visibility and accessibility from Bluemound Road, the main east-west thoroughfare through the Elm Grove/Brookfield area. The center shares a signalized intersection with Target-anchored development. Autumn Grove is approximately one-half mile from Bishop’s Woods Office Park and 15 minutes from downtown Milwaukee.
