Brad Saulson joins Next Realty with over 14 years of extensive experience in national commercial real estate brokerage and development, having successfully closed transactions totaling over $600 million. Brad began his career in Corporate Services at a firm that was ultimately acquired by Cushman & Wakefield, where he ascended to the role of Vice President. In this capacity, he led growth strategies and managed portfolios for Fortune 500 companies across the nation.
Brad’s expertise is deeply rooted in acquisitions and development, showcasing a strong track record in acquiring income-generating properties and development sites, as well as spearheading projects from selection to completion. He served as the President of Real Estate for Quantum Capital Partners, an ultra-high-net-single family office. Most recently, he was the Director of Acquisitions at The Altman Companies, a publicly held merchant developer. Brad is an alumnus of the University of Tampa, where he earned a BA in Communications with a minor in Marketing. Having been captivated by commercial real estate from a young age, Brad is a second-generation professional in the field. He is based in Tampa, FL.
