Jack Ramirez currently serves as Vice President of Finance, responsible for financial reporting, expense control, cash reporting, and tax-related work. Prior to joining Next Realty, he served as Property Controller for The John Buck Company of Chicago, and also at Jones Lang LaSalle and CB Richard Ellis as an Assistant Controller.
He began his professional career with U.S. Equities Realty, Inc, in Chicago, Illinois, where he performed property accounting for various institutional clients. He earned his B.S. in Accountancy from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago, Illinois. He is an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker.
