Andy Hochberg Named to Forbes Real Estate Council
Next Realty CEO and Managing Principal, Andy Hochberg, has been accepted into the Forbes Real Estate Council, an invitation-only community for executives in the real estate industry.
Andy was vetted and selected by a review committee based on the depth and diversity of his experience. Criteria for acceptance include a track record of successfully impacting business growth metrics, as well as personal and professional achievements and honors.
As part of his membership on the Council, Andy will be contributing expert commentary and thought leadership to Forbes and participating in various Council activities.
Andy Hochberg Completes Term as JUF Chairman
In the early fall, Andy Hochberg wrapped up his two years of service as the JUF/Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago Chairman of the Board. In that role, Hochberg was the lead volunteer of one of the largest charitable and social service networks in the country. Each year, through its programs, the organization touches the lives of more than 500,000 Chicagoans of all faiths.
His tenure was filled with some very high-profile issues, including the COVID-19 pandemic, that had significant impact on the community. Regardless, Hochberg remained true to a sentiment he expressed as he assumed the role two years ago when he said, “JUF and the Federation have an unparalleled record of caring for those in need and of strengthening our diverse community. Our task today, or at least a vital part of it, is to continue finding ways to champion the historic values that define us, while welcoming and embracing new generations with new ideas, perspectives, and styles.”
